We were going to sell our third house on our own recently. We were hounded by the usual barrage of realtors wanting to list our house which we had already listed. We did meet some of Northrop realtors that thought they might have a buyer, but that didn’t work out. I think I received a call from Victoria Northrop explaining briefly what she could do. I liked her no pressure, friendly ways. We decided to invite her over to discuss options of using her services. She went over everything thoroughly and explained commission and other costs involved, and what would be included in their sales package. We decided to sign with her, and the process of pictures, listing, etc took off immediately. She found a buyer at the first weekend open house, and all went well after that!
